Accessories gone

For some reason in my start menu my Accessories has gone? i dnt have any system restore points is there any way to get this back at all?

i have tried going to add/remove programs and removing the Accessories but it does not come back

any help would be brilliant

Sorry for the post i sorted it now i ended up copying the short cuts from an old pc and putting them in the start menu and everything is back to normal!
