Account number on Orange

Hi,

Quick question - I can't find the answer on the (useless) orange site.
I want to register for their online account management - but to do this I need my orange account number, and I haven't recieved my first bill yet.
How can I get it?

I rang 150, but it's a never ending list of options... and half the time it won't register my key presses anyway.

Also, is 150 free from a pay monthly phone?

If you have your original delivery paperwork, or your copy of the customer information form if you did it in store, it'll be on there somewhere. Will start with a 5 most likely.

Failing that, 150, option 4, option 2 or 3 (the one for making amendments to your account) would probably be the best option.

And yes, 150 is free from a pay monthly phone.
