im try to lock 2 accounts down on my cmputer xp home is there any software that does this apart form microsoft shared computer tool kit?

What is it exactly that you're trying to achieve? I've found that the Microsoft SRT is quite adiquate at locking a users access to Windows components.

to stop people going onto the network drive the c drive on this computer performing system tasks ie system restore and lock the use or certain programmes
