Account sharing issue and eBay. Ps4

Hiya,

So I bought what I thought was a dying light code on eBay... I knew it was a USA code which is fine as I'll just set one up... Turns out it is an account that I would set as primary etc and dl that way. Once I delete the game then we'll that's it...

This wasn't clear at all and I've messaged him saying I'm not happy etc... Where do I stand with eBay on this... It seems a little naughty what he's doing.

I'm on my phone so I can post the description but not once is this mentioned in his description.

PayPal will get you your money back, I'm fairly certain you can't sell accounts on eBay in the first place.

I'll wait for a response from the seller and go from there. You can't sell accounts but it seems this wouldn't be mine... Just an account I'd link to mine.
