Accurate speed/bandwidth tests - leased line

Hi,
We have just had a new leased line installed.
We were previously on a 100mb barer and had the whole 100mb to ourselves. If we ran a basic speed test we would see a report in the region of 90-95mb in each direction.
Through the same supplier we have now moved to a 1GB barer of which we are paying for a 200mb connection.
The basic speed tests however are indicating a line speed of around 80-85mb in each direction.

I do know that the speed testers can be inaccurate and that can be the case when you're attempting to test high-speed connections.
Is there anything out there where I can get a "real world" figure on the speed/bandwidth of our line?

So far our ISP has reported that the line is definitely set for 200mb and are getting us to perform some traffic tests across our NTE which I don't think is going to help.
Any "highly accurate" speed tests out there?

I have found the following to be quite accurate with download speeds... http://speedof.me/

If you want, you can try flooding the connection to find it's capacity, use a download accelerator with a couple of big files like the 1gb Thinkbroadband ones and note the total speed.
