Accurate Temps? Seem very low to me

My E6600 is not even registering on uGuru it's that low at idle.

Core Temp displays 20/21C idle (x6) and 22/23C (x9) BIOS reading is the same.

Only clocked to 3.3Ghz at stock 1.352Volts.

If I run 3DMark a few times the temps rise strangely, core 1 gets up to about 33/35C but core 2 is lower at 26/27C

I'm using a Tuniq Tower @ 1500RPM, surely these temps are wrong? Is there any way of getting a more accurate reading? I tried Intel TaT but it gives me an error code

Ignore those temps everyone gets the wrong readings, i recall someone saying core temp reads the actual temp from the core or something so gives a true reading.
