On my way back from a friend's tonight in North London, got to the Wood Lane underpass and I took the wrong turn, so u turned and stopped at the lights, with a camera behind me. Light turned green and I moved off, not slowly but not stupidly quick either, and I'm certain there were two flashes. I was the only car on the road at the time. Problem is, i was going nowhere near 30. It' a 98 Corolla fgs, it's barely capable of 0-60 in 15 seconds, I wouldn't physically have had time to reach thirty by the time I was passed the lines.
It was one of those bus lane cameras, you can see it on google street view here, just the flash and one hole above it in a rectangular box much smaller than a Gatso. Is this a Monitron?
You hear of Gatsos running out of film and misfiring, but it doesn't seem to be possible with this one, what's the situation I'm looking at?
