ACD 200 / AGD 200, confusion regarding device on traffic lights

Hi there,

Just wanted to ask if anyone knows what the ACD 200 does on top of traffic lights.
I took a learner out for a drive and I think they may have just got away from passing through a red light however I am not sure and there was an ACD200 or might be a (AGD 200) on top of the light.
Does anyone know if it’s a camera or if it’s just a traffic sensor?

AGD 200 Camera?

I was driving slowly, about 15mph, through a set of pedestrian crossing traffic lights yesterday in my local high street, looked up and saw they were red as I was crossing or probably just before crossing the line. Oops! Been through these lights many times but wasn't paying as much attention...
