Just got this game and its as good as ever however little confused to 3 points and wondering if anyone can help as i've mislaid the manual

1) Ive done 4 missions and been allowed/given planes however I still can only select one?

2) How do you enter to do the co-op thingy

3) Whats the free-to-air all about?

You have to buy the planes from the hanger menu (and special weapons) before you can select them for a mission. Don't know about the other two questions.

Ah sweet, how do you get money? is that the points for missions/kills then?

Yeah you earn credits each mission to spend on planes (never really had a shortage of it so never noticed if it was performance linked). Should you be short you can also sell previously bought planes.

Yeha its performance linked, the more you shoot down or bomb the more money you get.

Im a wee bit disapointed so far, brilliant game but seems so short

on mission 8 out of 11 (theres upto lvl11 ach points)?
