acer 5742 sleep

Hi everyone ... I have a acer aspire 5742 ..sometimes when i put it on sleep it wont switch back on i have to hold the on off button down till it switches off.. any clues anyone plz

ok still got the sleep problem ..done all dloads ..today wen tried to wake lappy i got a blue screen error then its went to repair then restore any advise plz
