Acer Aspire 5 A514-54 14" boot loop

So I bought a Acer Aspire 5 A514-54 14" and its awful. It kept losing wifi and getting stuck in boot loops so I did a windows reset and now it just constantly tries to boot and crashes even with the lid down lol.

Any help before I return it tomorrow?

It sounds like a hardware problem.

I wouldn’t bother to fix it considering you can return it without any fuss
