acer aspire 5310 runs very hot and slow

hello im not sure if i am in the right section anyway
the family laptop acer aspire 5310 runs very hot and slow any ideas what it cloud be
the fan works i am going to blow the dust out of it tomorrow with a airline might help it but i don't think that will fix it the laptop is used for web browsing that's it
i read some were that Intel processors run slow when they get hot

Yeah it will throttle when overheating, you'd be surprised just how much blowing the dust out will improve things.

It means it slows down to assist cooling and prevent damage also.

ok i blow dust out lot's of it to it seems to a bit better can you get a faster fan are some like that to make run cooler
