acer aspire 5315 random cut outs

my sisters laptop keeps randomly shutting off, i have checked the event log and it shows kernel power event 41, i have tried updating every driver i can, have changed the cpu and ram, new thermal paste on gfx chip etc..
anyone know of this issue or how to fix it?

Sounds like a thermal issue with the CPU with the randomly switching off?

running intel burn now, been on for about half an hour, its at 71c under 100% load, but is still running, its done this with another cpu, hence me putting a different one in, both her cpus had arctic silver paste put on them by myself, and the fan is spinning so i know it isnt that

ok it passed intel burn test, might be time to get some sort of memory test going
