The new dell studios have HD 4570s about the same performance but newer tech for HD watching etc. Think its cheaper at £499 then the Acer Aspire 6530G.?

Just got it. :)

Firstly, the shop I bought it from used the wrong photos on the site; it's not blue, it's in fact black and it has a sort of textured effect on the front where the touchpad is, and the keys are glossy. Still looks good though.

So far I'm impressed with it. I've run the following games on it:

Half-Life 2
SWAT 4
World of Warcraft
Titan Quest

It runs them all very well at the native res of the monitor (1366*768) at high detail. HL2 and SWAT 4 are pretty much flawless, WoW goes down to ~20 FPS in major cities, however most of the time it's 50-60+ FPS and goes over 100 in 5 man instances.

The built in speakers are pretty good. Sounds very different to the last laptop I had, quite a lot of 'bass'.

It's covered in bl00 LEDs which is quite cool. Also it's pretty quiet.

Can't comment on Blu-ray, HDMI etc. as I don't own any Blu-rays. :p

Overall I'm pleased with it, massive upgrade over a Celeron and integrated graphics, however I'm slightly regretting not seeing the deal in this thread earlier:

Basically the same machine but with a better graphics card and possibly slightly better CPU. :o
