ACER Aspire E1-571 question please

Hello.
Sister has just bought one of the above. I asked her if any disc's came with it, she said No.

Looked on YouTube, found review (unboxing) video on this model, which shows a disc with the user manual.

Question please.
Should all Aspire E1-571's have a disc with them or is it only certain models which have individual features/additions that have one?

Does not matter either way, who needs a disc?

Opearting System discs are a thing of the past so at best it will be bloatware and possibly an electronic version of the manual?

I've extracted the Windows 8 core key from my laptop and downloaded a copy of the ISO. The key in the BIOS, auto Activated. The speed of boot up vs stock from Lenovo was c.15 secs boot up. Seeing what was in the startup pre and post was under 5.
