A little more info here: http://www.trustedreviews.com/noteb...tails-First-Impressions-On-Acer-Aspire-One/p1
I am expecting a little more on the price tag, would be amazing if the Linux 8GB 3 cell battery version was really sold at £199 inc VAT. We will have to wait and see.
I for one am very interested in this system, I was wondering if anyone else was watching this one.
Now, the Asus 701 8G, I think, was the first system to feature a PCI-E 8GB SSD instead of the SSD being soldered to the motherboard. Anyone aware how the Acer Aspire One is configured?
I think this will be a great product as Acer are very good with general build quality, and the components they use are generally from good manufacturers in my experience.
Anyone who would like to contribute towards this thread, feel free. It would be great to get a thread going on this system here.
