Acer customer support is useless, Please Help!

Is there an Acer rep?

I have placed an order for two xf270hu monitors and am hoping to receive them soon. However I have discovered from some of the owners that there are some rather annoying bugs/faults. The list of issues have been posted on the Acer support forum by another user, but has zero replies.

I have also contacted Acer multiple times to try and a resolution but can't seem to get in touch with anyone knowledgeable. Apparently I'm just inventing problems.

I'm hoping someone from Acer or if anybody knows someone from Acer can help me out and pass this on to the correct department.

There might be an Acer rep on the forums or maybe Gibbo could point you in the right direction.
 
If you have the option, I'd go with BenQ, Viewsonic, Dell or Eizo as far as UK customer service is concerned. Acer & AOC generally, and Asus wrt to monitors are appalling in the UK.
 
To be fair, you haven't even received your screens yet. Also, I'd be dealing with the retailer if they have faults upon arrival.

edit: being ignored isn't a good sign though... :p
