I have an Acer Ferrari One for when I'm out and about, pretty pleased with it so far but could do with a little more ooomph.

Flash games especially seem to suffer.

Anybody done any upgrades to one, looking at going up to 4gb ddr2/800mmz ram and a WD 320GB Scorpio Black HDD.

Been investigating overclocking but the AMD Overdrive and GPU clock tool seem to crash, I have the latest drivers but from what I can tell other have the same problem with these tools.

Going to be having a look at setFSB but don't really know where to start with this.

I've got the same netbook and been looking at upgrading the HDD to an SSD... Already got 3GB of RAM which I think is plenty for what I use it for... Other than that and OCing the CPU, there isn't much you can do!

EDIT: AFAIK, using an SSD should help reduce power consumption and therefore increase battery life too :)
