Acer G277HU Cant get FSync working?

Im a new to freesync, but have googled extensively with no luck. Any ideas?

(In the Crimson display section there is no option to enable Freesync)

That model doesn't support FreeSync, I'm afraid. So that's the problem.

What connection are you using? DP I'd assume? And have you tried reinstalling the display drivers?

Is this one of the ones that doesn't support freesync if overdrive is enabled on earlier versions? Check firmware version and OD settings

If all is well Freesync will be on the list of items to activate on Crimson Control Panel -> Display

First top left item.

Yeah and it does say that but for some reason i cant then use it?

Tad annoying tbh.

May, just may return and go superwide. Going from 1440p to 21:9 2440x1080p will that be noticeably crap?
