Hi there, i am trying to do a job for someone, whom has an "Acer Aspire E15 Start" and I'm wanting to access the and use the keyboard, only it is not allowing me to type the password in, yes it is running Windows 10, yet it is not allowing me to type anything in, is there a reason for this, or a way to get the keyboard working?

Maybe the keyboard is broken?? Try connecting an external USB keyboard?
