I've been using the tablet (Acer Iconia B1), for a few days now and just reporting my first impressions incase anyone is interested.
It feels like a £99 tablet, very plastically and doesn't feel as sturdy as a Nexus 7 i've used before.
RAM, only has 512MB of RAM and you do notice it at times, occasionlly sluggish but not enough to cause annoyance in my view. Havn't tried any games, just web browsing and some streaming.
Screen res is ok if you're doing general browsing but would probably want something higher for extended use.
All in all, would probably recommend if you're not sure how you would get on with a tablet and want a cheaper one to try by a named brand and something for the kids, even though it doesn't feel very robust, £99 pound is a lot less to replace than £499. Right?
