ACER Laptops any good??, any advice??

Seen an Acer laptop, think the model number is 8204. Anyways has everything i could possibly want on a new laptop, dual core and various other features. It looks too good to be true really but seems like a stonking laptop at its price point.

Have read a few reviews and most seem favourable towards it but i know a few people here have acer laptops or have had them. So was wondering what you guys think of them generally, are they as good as dell laptops or better??. Just any sort of opinions will do, build quality on them etc etc etc.

LOL thats true, my inspiron 8600 is not the best of builds...creaks and is somewhat flimsy.

Was just wondering what they are like performance wise, heard that acers drivers are not the best they could be etc.
