Acer or benq

So I am looking to get a new monitor and the 2 obvious choices are;-

I am wanting a 120hz but the bonus of 144hz would be nice but the difference in price is quite a bit!

Any thoughts or advice would be cool or ideas on a different monitor too.

My GPU is a gigabyte 7950 and I mostly play dayz and csgo. I also do a lot of CAD work.
