hi am looking to see if anyone can help me with what parts to upgrade my laptop like ddr ram and more memory and what kind i can put in it can i only put 1 m.2 memory into it i have 1tb preinstalled ? looking to see what my options are thanks i would apricate any advice predator helios neo 16 PHN16-72-76KW

I don't know if that means you have one, or not.

You could try downloading hwinfo and see what that says, or just follow the instructions and open up your laptop to check.
