recently purchased a predator x28. in order to use monitor's usb hub, i need to connect it to my pc's usb which i did. the monitor's usb hub working perfectly fine but i noticed
that windows 11 can not recognice the usb device. under device manager, i see following error message : unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed).
i contacted acer support but they cant help me out. i googled everything and, nothing. the x28 has no visual problem (only a bit of blacklight bleed at the corners). i am hesitating and not sure what to do. is this enough to return
the monitor or shall i live with it? a guiding hand or maybe a solution, will help a lot.
