Hoping for some advise as my recently built system has a weird issue occurring.
When I power on my PC I have had a couple of instances where the screen is all fuzzy and static but by unplugging the display port cable and plugging it back in the screen comes on however once booted into Windows I only have 1024 x 768 RES available, by disabling the RX6600 and enabling it within device manager it brings me back to 1920 x 1080.
Could this be a faulty GPU, Monitor or even the DisplayPort cable? Trying to rule out the GPU asap as still within my 30 day returns policy.
Below is an example of what the screen does (Not every boot) It is a fairly old Acer 24" G Sync
Any suggestion's as to what could be causing it would be greatly appreciated.
