Acer Predator XB271Hbmi

I can get this on special offer right now for about 400 quid in Sweden but I'm utterly confused.

It's 27 inch gsync only 1080p but.....
Is it ips or TN?
I've tried so many reviews and they contradict each other.
I guess i can order 1 into my local shop and check it out but that's quite a lot of effort.

Any ideas?

I've had ann aoc 144hz monitor for ages but it's starting to look hideous and grey so much backlight bleeding.

Also I'd absolutely love to try gysnc.

Help?

I think they are TN+film.... will be perfect for gaming IMO

I believe there is a TN and an IPS version but the model numbers differ a bit.

It is TN+film and should be better for gaming than the more costly IPS model.

What bugs me is that there are no "real" reviews, or youtube videos, about this particular model; hbmi. There's only xb271hu or similar, and they are different.

"Better" is opinion based. I've had 2 TN monitors in the last 3 weeks, hated both, awful colours. Got an IPS 144hz and it is beautiful, far superior, no performance loss.
