Acer Travelmate 4020 Bios?

hi all got this brand new lappy and went into the bios settings and the advanced settings tab seems to be locked out. any idea how i can get into the advanced bios settings? iv tried to flash the bios to the latest version but the advanced tab is still locked out, it says go to system administrator if changes need to be made in the advanced settings tab.

well i guess i can live without the advanced settings tab in the bios, will read manual later on and see if it mentions anything in there.

also i got 3 of these laptops, one is currently on the build with windows xp pro, once i get all its drivers on software etc is there a way i can clone it to the other 2 laptops?
