hi
i have a acer x3812 desktop pc which im having big problems turning on at the switch , the power button does not always work when pressed ,sometimes it will power up on the first push of the button but other times it will take about 20 presses to power up.
I got it from john lewis direct with a 2 year gurantee last december, we did ring them last month and they said you must get in contact with acer direct which we did but they do not know of a problem and wanted us to send them it to look at it.
as im not prepared to do this im wondering if its possible i can get a full refund from john lewis or perhaps they swap it for a different unit?
do i still have the write for a full refund?
