Acer XFA240 144Hz

Hi all,

I'm currently looking at the Acer XFA240 (144Hz, 24 inch, Free Sync/G sync). Does anyone have any recommendations of anything else at a similar price point (~£200)?

I want to play FPS games and a 24 inch monitor is all I have room for. The above Acer is both G and Freesync compatible (I think).

Checkout the the IPS version that has just come out XV253QP, i'm still waiting for a non rainforest seller though

If you want IPS 144hz 24" freesync on a budget the goto is the AOC 24G2U, getting really decent reviews about as good as its going to get at that price with IPS. I not looked at much TN anymore as deadset on IPS since the response is suppose to be pretty decent on these new monitors.

I'm not set on either IPS or TN - I've only ever had a 1680x1050 monitor so anything will be an upgrade. I'm thinking of a monitor which has both Gsync and Freesync but realise my options are pretty limited with my budget.
