Acer XR342CK Stand

Hi,

I bought the Monitor a while ago from OCUK and it’s great, but the stand is HUGE. It takes up so much of my desk space. I did plan on VESA mounting anyway so I made sure i bought a monitor capable of doing so.

Anyway, I have a VESA arm and struggling to get the stand off the monitor. I’ve checked all the manuals and can’t find anything to do with how to get it off.

Can anyone help?

I had that problem with my X34A. Got a Ergotron MX monitor arm. So much better now...

BTW my X34A had some rubber plugs over the screws where the stand is mounted, you might just need to pull those out then there should be 4 screws and you can seperate the monitor from the stand
