I'm writing this post to help my friend out. He recently purchased a new monitor but he's getting this weird issue where his games will get a weird blue colouring. The issue is apparently intermittent. He's tried reinstalling his drivers, and making sure all cables are in securely. He's running his games with a GTX 980.
The weird thing is, the issue only seems to happen when running games, and sometimes it wont happen straight away. From what he's told me the issue seems to happen when transitioning screens. Once the issue occurs, even when he's closed the game, the screen is still blue. He says when he disconnects the cable and re-connects it, the issue disappears. Here are some screenshots of what the screen looks like. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
