the fans seem really loud on this cooler. and seem to increase and decrease with their own will. either them or the 2 x 140 mm bequiet fans in front of them.

is there a quieter solution, noctua's for example?

Can you set a custom fan profile in the bios for the fans ?

i did that to silent, but the peaks and troughs are really noticable. my mobo is a X570 auros pro.

Don't have them ramp - I keep my fans at the same speed unless the cpu gets really hot but that doesn't happen for normal loads.
