Hey guys,
I'm just in the first phase of starting a house extension and wondered if anyone could recommend products to insulate noise from ceiling speakers going in to the rooms above. Floor will be coming up upstairs for Cat6 and ceiling possibly lowered by up to 50mm for lighting around the edge of the room so there should be room to play with, just not sure where to start.
