Hi all,

Ive read about a lot of problems with acronis true image 11 and intel raid controllers. Can anyone recommend a program which works ok with them?

edit: add vista 64bit to those requirements too

I am using ATI Home 11 with 2 x 36GB Raptors in RAID0 and have no problems, either making a Backup Image, or restoring one (from ATI Boot CD), using it on an ICH9R cont, on a Gigabyte GA X38 DQ6, and Vista Business 64 bit.

You might want to try ATI 9 Workstation with Universal Restore, or Norton Ghost 14 I would think would support RAID.
 
i've created a support ticket with acronis regarding that controller because it's not working for me

i'll let you know on msn if they get back to me
 
do you have a paid version of acronis?

best bet is to ask acronis, and give them the ticket number from here ..

I used acronis live chat to get them to email me a working ISO, I had to give the guy my acronis serial first, bought it for £25ish yesterday from their site
