Acronis Disk Director Suite 10 and OS Selector

hi

im having problems with OS Selector.. it installs ok but when the system reboots it freezes at the point where it says:
"starting acronis loader
press esc for menu
press f6 to skip menu"

my hard drives are running on raid but when i change the bios to ide sata then it works... i just wanna know if anyone else as the same motherboard or chipset ATI SB600 and trying to run OS Selector but having this problem...

No problems but version 9 used to sit there like it had crashed when you booted from CD. How long have you left it? Mine takes about 3 minutes to actually boot anywhere and it looks like it has frozen, but if you just leave it it eventually does something. Poor interface in my opinion, but an otherwise good product.

i have version 10... ive left it for over 4minutes but nothing happens..
