Acronis True Image 10 problem

Hi all, I've just started acronis true image for the first time. I plan to make some backup images of my partitions on a 1Tb external drive (which should arrive at the beginning of next week) Acronis can see my Raptor primary drive just fine (spec in sig) but it doesn't see my 2 400Gig Seagate barracuda Raid0 Array. How can I make this work please?

install acronis, then tell it to 'create bootable rescue media' and choose the 'full version', this will add usb/sata drivers to it..

burn the iso image created and boot from that

Will I be using the bootable interface to create the images then? Or does it just install necessary drivers etc before going back to the gui in windows?

oh in windows it doesn't see the array?

thats weird.. i'd ask acronis mate, is there data on the array? -can windows see it?

windows can see and use the array just fine

I can even get it to show up in Acronis on the 'Add new Hard Drive' section but it says it will wipe all data :/ The problem i'm having is that the array won't appear in the list of partitions in the backup wizard.
