Acronis True Image 11 problem

I have been running a shceduled backup on one of my machines for some time now, but over the last few days I've been getting this error:

Unable to scan c:\users\name1\my documents
Unable to scan: c:\users\name2\my documents

Even after re-boot I get the same error.

It's almost like something is locking the files/folders.

Any ideas?
