I need help!!
I decided to try raid 0 (stripe) on a P35 chipset, using the intel raid (ich9r), and I'm very pleased with it. So I decided that I need a program to image the hd from a bootable cd.
My brother offered me his Acronis home v11, as he's having problems with it, when he restores his image he he gets usb problems. Anyway, he said I could buy it for half what it cost him. When I booted from his cd, it didn't see the raid, so I didn't buy it.
He then tried his Norton 12? boot cd, and that did see the raid, but didn't allow backup from the cd. In windows, it didn't see the raid!!. So that was also ditched.
Is there another program I can buy, around the same price, that will suit my needs?.
1) Backup from boot cd (and restore)
2) Can see the intel raid.
3) Cheaper the better.
