Acronis True Image Help

Hola

Ok after accidently formatting 250Gb of data which I mostly can't get back now, i've decided to tryTrue Image to make an image of a fresh windows install again.

The first time I used this I tried the Secure zone partition to recreate my Windows install but it kept on saying recovery failed, can't remember the exact error message.

Turns out that no image even backed up to the secure zone and after trying this on the new windows install no image is even backing up.

I'm following all the instructions no problem. ANybody got any suggestions to this as I've no previous experience with True Image.

If your using the trial version of True Image, Its not fully functional if I remember correctly.

I've got the full version so that couldn't be it.

If you have the full version and its not working, you must be doing something wrong.
after you have set up the secure zone you should have then created an image in the secure zone. When you restore you need to select the required image in the secure zone and select the destination partition to recover it to.
