AcronisTrueImage*Home 10.0 not working

ok i want to clone my hdd so i got 'Acronis*True*Image*Home 10.0' was told it was the best, installed it all ok, restarted and it came up as new hardware detected so i went on to install but this came up:

how do i fix this? here can i find the file it is looking for?

Pointed it to the correct file?

Was this install from CD?

yes. should i just try to unistall and reinstall?

You may have a dodgy CD... or download... how are you installing?

Yeah try uninstall then install.

why does it come up as install new hardware anyway?
