Acronis True Image Question

Hi

I have created an image of an OS hard drive using Acronis True Image Workstation 9.1.

The image I have was taken from an 80GB drive, but I want to replace that drive with a brand new 500GB drive.

What I want to know is, once I have connected the new drive, can I boot from the boot DVD i created, and install Windows as it was on the old 80GB drive? The new drive won't be partitioned as it has never had windows installed on it - what do I do about this?
