Acronis W8 CPU code 32 in device manager

trying to image several machines, ive seen exactly this issue on w7 and removing the device in device manager and letting it re detect fixed it, however on w8 it come back exactly the same with the yellow triangle...

also the microsoft audio driver does the same

tried re-creating the image, loading latest chipset drivers from driver packs, im using the latest acronis incase that makes a difference... (using universal restore)

A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternative driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)

anyone know the answer to this, I sort of assumed it was something funny with my setup but I now have a different everything and it still happens, possibly to do with uefi... rubbish error to google...
