Hi, im not sure where to post this so il just put it in general hardware,

What is the differance in these 2 (waterblocks)?

im hoping to build a watercooled pc soon but am having a job deciding what to get, i want a clear cpu block but people are saying acrylic is better.

i can be a bit heavy handed with the screwdriver and nuts and bolts so im wondering whether i will be backed up if the acrylic snaps >_<.

whats the best to go for, generally i want a EK cpu block.

Acrylic (Lucite) and Polycarbonates are stiffer. Crack easier, especially as it ages. An acetal (delrin) is much tougher, usually more flexable depending on the modulus they use. Generally holds threads better, but its not see through and more expensive.

so acetal is the way to go, considering their is no poitn going watercooling unless you get the lowest temps possible for more overclocking results, im also a tad bit hard when using screws and stuff so i would probably break it.

acetal it is, thanks.
