I am after some acrylic sheet about 1.2 x 0.5 m but I need it to be only 1 mm thick. Every site I have come across does minimum thickness of 2 mm. Anyone here able to point me in the right direction?
 
Try a local sign makers. That's what I did, called round them all until someone said they had some. This was ages ago and you're based on the moon, so I can't recommend a specific one unfortunately.

I just happen to be in that business :cool:

You'll find most suppliers get the material in 6x4 or 8x4 sheets. Plus Try to go straight to the distributor or main supplier rather than a signmakers, you'll save a good 50% at times.
From the top off my head a 8x4 sheet of 0.9mm PETG 8x4 cost me around £16 (Poly prop around £2 more) + vat a few months ago. Acrylic isn't too disimiliar I don't think, depending were you go.
