Acrylic tubing problems!

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong...
I haven't managed to get one decent bend yet and it's really starting to wind me up!!
 
The issue is its cooling before you've made the complete bend, you need to heat it up more. You can't just place the heatgun at it at one angle, rotate the piece to get it all warmed up all the way around.
 
I am constantly rotating the pipe ove the heatgun

If I warm it much more than that I start getting bubbles in the acrylic.
Maybe it's just too cold here! Haha!
 
I had similar results if I bent the tubing too quickly

I ended up using a diffuser on the heat gun to allow me to heat the tube more evenly
 
i had the same issue as well, easy fit, bend it and then use fingers to squeeze tube, dont worry, it will work 100%, if you dont believe me, check my build :D worked every time
