Great game, similar to C&C series but better in several areas, just found it buried amongst random games/CDs in me room and forgot how much i loved it! has anyone else here played this under-rated RTS?

I agree, was a good game, had a few flaws from what I remember, but was still pretty enjoyable to play. Shame I can't find it anywhere now.

I still have it and think the C&C's are superior, Generals online rocks.

generals was the best C&C game IMO, it had a cutting edge the others didn't have and with zero hour its one of the most enjoyable RTS around, though i do get annoyed to no end by those damned americans and their silly phrases 'build my own road', 'doing whats right' that sort of thing! does you know if there are any patches/mods that allow you to zoom out further in act of war? everything seems far to close up and it ruins the feel of the game TBH
