Activate swim mode on AW

Hey guys,

I get my new AWU today, and wondering, if using in water, can I just dive right in (so to speak) without doing anything and then clearing the chambers of water with the ejection button?

Or anytime it’s going into water, do I need to enable the water more beforehand?

Water lock blocks the screen from accidental taps or from the water triggering the screen. If you have the Ultra, it can be configured to automatically lock once it detects it's deeper than 10cm. This seems like a decent solution to me, just let the watch lock itself.

so basically I dont have to do anything, I can just jump straight in the water and the Watch will do the rest?

i don’t know why But I assumed I had to tell the Watch to lock, to protect it, before I engaged in swimming or whatever.
 
@zebedeee you could post in the existing threads rather than start a new one for every question you have. Makes it easier for others to see if they want to know the same thing. :)
