Activating sim

Hello

My dad currently has a vodafone contract with a normal size sim card and I've recently purchased a vodafone pay as you go phone that requires a micro sim.

The phone has come with a pay as you go micro sim but I'm a bit confused as to whether I could swap the number over to the new sim without any problems

I'm pretty sure I have done this in the past but thought I'd double check as I'm tired and the simplest thing is confusing me tonight

Just did something similar for the Mrs - only messed up and the pay monthly sim wouldn't port over to a free micro sim ordered off the website. Best thing to do is get on the web chat and they will send you a blank sim to use, you can then request a sim swap online that takes up to 12 hours:

Just go into a Vodafone shop and they will do it there and then for you.
