Frame chasers did a follow up video now using an actual alphacool backplate XD
In their first video they tried to use a stock evga plate which is perforated.
Our product was designed purely for a standard flat design backplates provided by all mainstream companies
I believe they plan on dropping another video soon for their RTX3090 as soon as they manage to source a backplate for it.

if you really want them LED holes, send me an email with your order. If you allow couple extra days for the delivery I could probably organize this for you

Hi not looking to buy one sorry if misled I just think it will add to the product experience for a lot of people.

Never say never though, will have to see how toasty my FTW3 3080 is with 450W bios

Found this thread, i have a Zotac 3090 and oh boy the backplate does get rather toasty. It deems, searching google, high backplate temps are a common thing.
